Bids must be in accordance with the instructions contained herein. All Submittals are to contain a
total of two (2) hard copies and 1 digital device. They shall be submitted on or before the specified
closing time in an opaque sealed envelope addressed to:

NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on
Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. The meeting will be held in-person with a virtual option
at 3301 N. Mulford Road, Rockford, IL 61114 in the Support Services Building (SSB) Room 1309.
Attendance will be taken of both in-person and virtual attendees. The virtual option will be via
Microsoft Teams.
